# TimeWarp.Skills

CLI for managing agent **skill sources** and syncing them into harness skill directories
(OpenCode, Claude, Grok, and other tools that load skills from a `skills/` folder).

## Install

```bash
# Ephemeral (like npx)
dnx TimeWarp.Skills -- list

# Global tool
dotnet tool install -g TimeWarp.Skills
skills list
```

## Config home

Config holds skill sources and distribution targets only.

## Quick start

```bash
# Add a skill from a local path (folder containing SKILL.md)
skills add my-skill ~/projects/my-repo/skills/my-skill

# Or from a GitHub tree URL
skills add blazor-css \
  https://github.com/TimeWarpEngineering/timewarp-architecture/tree/master/skills/blazor-css-strategy

# Configure where skills are written (harness config dir → <dir>/skills/)
skills target add opencode --env OPENCODE_CONFIG_DIR
# or
skills target add claude --path ~/.claude

# Sync sources into all enabled targets
skills sync

# Inspect
skills list
skills targets
skills audit
```

## Commands

| Command | Description |
|---------|-------------|
| `skills add <name> <source>` | Register a source (path or GitHub tree URL) |
| `skills list` | List configured sources |
| `skills remove <name>` | Remove a source and prune managed copies |
| `skills sync` | Copy sources into all enabled targets |
| `skills audit` | Report drift (missing / stale / orphaned) |
| `skills target add\|remove\|enable\|disable` | Manage distribution targets |
| `skills targets` | List targets and resolution status |

## Source locators

- **Local path** — absolute, `~/…`, or an existing relative directory that contains `SKILL.md`
- **GitHub tree URL** — `https://github.com/<owner>/<repo>/tree/<ref>/<path-to-skill>`
